Preparation
Microwave from chilled but can also be heated on the hob. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before heating Before heating: Remove lid and replace loosely. Place directly into microwave. During heating: Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue heating. After heating: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir thoroughly. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Microwave on full power 700w: 5 mins 800w: 4 mins 900w: 3 mins 30 secs
